1- The forum member who owns the message is responsible for the message written in the forum. Our forum does not accept any responsibility for articles written by individuals.
2- Messages that violate the laws of the People's Republic of China or international laws, agreements and regulations cannot be sent to the Forum.
3- Not allowed to write provocative and insulting articles about the community. (e.g. Immigration, bad comments about friends, etc.)

5- Strictly prohibit all messages purely for political and propaganda purposes without the purpose of comment.
6- No harassing writing.
7- Do not post any political issues in the forum.
8- Prohibited from Posting theme messages containing various advertising campaigns in the forum.
9- Do not use images in topics and messages, as they destroy page structure and slow down page opening. The same ban applies to video sharing.
10- Forum administrators and administrators have the right to delete and change topics and messages that do not comply with the rules.
11- Members who violate forum rules or CHINA HACKER TEAM missions may be temporarily or permanently banned from the forum.
12- Some special classification rules, not included here, can be specified separately by the administrator in the relevant classification.
13- For legal reasons, no member in the forum can be completely removed and can become a member without being activated as needed.
14- Do not share copyrighted MP3s, movies, programs or games.

18- Forbidden to share Wolfteam game to solve cheating problems.
19- Sharing personal information in forums is prohibited. (First name, last name - phone number, photo, etc.)
20- Ban smart board and other applications within the scope of Fatih project and hacking activities related to E-School, KYK Internet access.
21- No talking about politics. Members who publish political issues or write messages despite warnings will be punished for 1-3-15 days in turn, and those who continue to share such posts will be subject to unlimited punishment.
22- Opening a topic unrelated to the forum category and writing a message with deer content is punishable without warning. (The penalty period is 1 day for the first violation, 15 days for the second violation, and then indefinitely)
23- Illegal Posting of any advertisements and other articles is prohibited.
24- Commercial activities, trading of goods and services are prohibited in the Forum.
25- All comics are prohibited from sharing due to copyright reasons.
